Strengthen Nutrition Coaching Program
The Strengthen program is meant for someone who wants to tighten up their routines and slightly improve their body composition. Ideal for someone who is within 20lbs of their ideal body weight and who already works out regularly. This program will use accountability to re-establish healthy habits in nutrition and sleep.
Most participants found the best results subscribing to this program for 3-6 months and then re-engaging with the program for a month or two every year after that as a way to 'reset' and keep things on track. For people already on an exercise regiment and who have the basics of what they should be eating down this is an efficient and cost effective program for sharpening and applying those good habits into a sound daily practice.
Daily accountability for your meals, workouts, and recovery. Weekly virtual or in person meetings with your coach to discuss progress and take measurements. 24/7 access to community message boards to communicate with others on the program.
